Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaSFort ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SaaSFort is a SaaS platform providing automated web security scanning and report generation for B2B software companies. The Service includes OWASP scanning, Deal Accelerator Reports, and Remediation Copilot features as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Free Trial

SaaSFort offers a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be limited to the free single-scan tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You may only scan domains that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning third-party domains without authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under French law (loi Godfrain, Article 323-1 Code Penal). SaaSFort reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all scan data generated on your domains. SaaSFort processes this data solely to deliver the Service. We do not share your security findings with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing.

8. Intellectual Property

The SaaSFort platform, including its software, algorithms, reports, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SaaSFort. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

9. Service Availability

SaaSFort targets 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. Starter plans: no SLA. Growth plans: 99.5% SLA. Scale plans: 99.9% SLA with 2-hour support response time.

10. Limitation of Liability

SaaSFort is a scanning and reporting tool. It does not guarantee that your application is free from all security vulnerabilities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. SaaSFort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. SaaSFort may terminate immediately for violation of Acceptable Use policy. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
